To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download TWO YEARS OF PAIN DESTROYS A LIFE My daughter was given an “ablation”, not certain exactly which procedure. This was almost two years ago. The ablation was given because of heavy menstrual bleeding and thusly very severe anemia She was 34 years old. After the ablation she started to get almost daily terrible terrible abdominal pain. She had to quit schooling at the university level. I need to mention she has had every test possible, MRI CAT SCAN, ULTRASOUND, EXRAY AND LAPROSCOPE. Her doctor has said “nothing shows” and there is no answer for the ‘PAIN’. Now, her periods have started in again very, very, heavy whereas she has had to go to the emergency room and recently given 4 pints of blood and next time very heavy pain medication. Today, the pain was the worse ever. I DO NOT THINK THE DOCTORS UNDERSTAND THE SEVERITY OF THE PAIN AS PAIN MEDICATION IS NOT HELPING. I am fearful and this has the entire family terribly upset. I can only think of the horrible, horrible case recently in Southern California whereas the poor woman called 911 and lay on the floor dying in the emergency room and was not seen and did die from something that could have been corrected. The doctors and nurses do not always respond when they should especially if they are dealing with a strong minded person that has a strong will to live. Comments
