    I don’t remember the first time I hurt my ankle, but it was about a year ago, my sophomore year in XC and I twisted it in a hole doing hills. For that split second it hurt but I kept running on it. I never stopped running because I didn’t want to give up a season and I didn’t want to seem like a baby, so I just ran through the pain.
