Night Grinder

by: A.Y. on Thu, Oct 11 2007

Just recently i had been showing symptoms of Bruxism, but i had remembered an ex-girlfriend of mine telling me i was grinding my teeth while asleep. But this was 5yrs ago, so it slipped my mind and it was set in my mind that i had a toothache. Then my jaw would be so sore in the morning and a headache, and my ear would hurt so bad. I have no insurance so i had to figure this one out quick. I spent several nights on the internet trying to figure out what to do and remembered what i was told years ago. A very painful experience that i hope noone has to endure as long as i had.
