Loss of muscle with pain different every day

This started 10 yrs ago I wake up and its a different part of my body that is hurting I have no muscle to speak of I am able to move and do normal things but cant pick up light or heavy things; my middle fingers in both hands
have somwhow gotten to where I cant close them with my other fingers. Why am I losing muscle if I exercise I am
in worse pain the next day (several days) No one seems to know what i have been tested for almost everything I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS IT????????
