Man with ED

I am a 41 year old male with long term diabetes and long term complications, one of them being ED. I have gradually lost my sexual ability to perform adequately. I have lost my desire and I do not know what to do?

I am scared to go through with any invasive cures and my wife feels it is not important, so she says, but I know. It is important. I want help so bad. I tried all the pills, they do not help. What can I do? I want my manhood back.

Thank you for this opportunity to tell my story and let loose a little bit.
