You do not have gout.

I had gout for two years before a doctor finally tested my uric acid level at which point they were off the chart. The two years prior to this every doctor i spoke to told me “i do not think you have gout.” low and behold two years later i am told “you have gout.” I luckily was able to seek out a very good general doctor that gave me a combination of allipurinol and colchicine and i have not had a bout with gout in 6 months.
