To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Painful Peripheral Neuropathy I have HIV-related polyperipheral neuropathy My feet, lower legs, and arms burn and sting and the pain is intolerable. I also experience muscle weakness and have to walk with a cane. I cannot walk very far, sit or stand for any length of time. I also have suprapubic pain as well as burning and stinging upon urination. I am taking opiods around the clock in ever increasing doses. In 1 week my doctors are planning on performing a spinal epidural injection with corticosteroids but I have read that this doesn’t provide very much relief. I am just willing to whatever I can to control the pain. Comments
