Well I have always got my days and nights mixed up ever since i was little. I would want to stay up all night and sleep during the day. My parents thought as i grew up i would get out of that routine, and be on a “NORMAL” schedule.

It got worse when I started high school. I started not sleeping days at a time. i just wasnt tired then it would hit me an i would sleep 12 hrs straight. i was taking trazidone 150mg even with that it would take a couple of hours to kick in. my mind just would not let me sleep. i didnt like the way those pills made me feel ( ZOMBIE LIKE) so i stopped taking them. im 21 now i work at a hospital night shift of course. 12hr shifts 4 nights a week. i try to exercise to tire myself out and it seems to be working. i know now that im never gona have a regular routine as most people but im content with taken lil cat naps when my mind lets me sleep!!!!!
