To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download MIGRAINES FOR LIFE…….. I started having migraines when i was 12 years old. My mom has them,my grandma has them, my great-grandma had them when she was still with us, and now my 14 year old son has started getting them too. I guess you could say we are keeping up the family tradition. I’m now 44 years old and have suffered with this horrible affliction for 32 years, and man i’m so sick of this….people who dont experience the condition do not understand. They think your just hamming it up or being a drama queen. I have the kind of migraines with aura. I can always tell when i am getting one because my vision starts to get impaired, then i get a dull nagging pain at the base of the back of my head. My dad has been doing research to see what the studies say may help. Last night he told my about magnesium citrate. Doctors say that if you are lacking in enough of this stuff you can get (bad) migraines I’m gonna try it and see what happens, i dont think it can hurt anything at this stage of the game. I usually have a migraine once a week and then the “hung over” feeling lasts for 2 to 3 days after that. I’ll let everyone know if it helps. *keep looking for the answers !- i feel your pain * Comments
