To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download vertigo got better Well ive been dealing with this for months on top of months I had experienced my first episode in 2009. it was awful I could hardly walk that day, I was staggering and loosing balance and everytime i walked on my feet I somehow was ending up walking on the heels of my feet I felt like I was stuck on a rollercoaster,vomiting,achy head. that was bad but the worst came this month I was at my wits end I had taken took valium shot and was prescibed valium and antivert and I had bactrim but I was tired of sleepin my life away after the valium wore off I was still dizzy and by now very exhausted so I prayed and began researching for a cure. I found out that alot of vertigo is caused from low magnesium or from an underlying infection from our bodies being to acidic or stress that we may not realize we have. I found that a baked potato with a little butter or plain helps with the nausea. your body needs to feel not dizzy to get back on track because its like it gets use to being dizzy and wants to stay that way so my goal was to make myself less dizzy as possible while I did remedies so it could get use to being not dizzy. so first I ate alot of salad, mainly lettuce and a baked potato, took a multivitamin and a bactrim (bactrim can also make you feel dizzy) and made sure I drank at least 7 eight oz. cups of water through out the day replaced soda with ginger-ale only then I massaged my neck muscle and back muscles and wherever I was tight I put heat. the heat didn’t seem to help much so I put ice and I hate being cold but I was desperate, for about 2 minutes at a time on each spot for about 20 minutes and that seemed to loosen me up some. I noticed I felt a pinch better. I went to walgreens and bought Wal-Dram(Dimenhydrinate) sea sickness relief pills just so I wouldnt get nausea while I ate. they made me sleepy but before I went to sleep I ate more salad for the magnesium. spinach is good to add in place of some of the lettuce. I took a multi -vitamin I also drunk orange juice.And I made a saline from salt and water not to salty and I put about 6 drops in both nostrils and i layed back and let it work then I massaged my back and neck with ice blue(analgesic gel) to loosen up any tight neck and back muscles and to relieve any underlying stress that I may have and not realize I had. I fell asleep. when I woke the next day I was really drowsy from the pill still dizzy but I could feel a little ease in it. I ate more salad another potato made sure I keep up with my water my bactrim orange juice and never miss a meal eat a apple, banana,grapes,toast,boiled eggs etc. Eat something! Ive found that when I miss a meal I get back dizzier I now am able to live a 90% normal life by drinking 8 glasses of water massaging my back and neck regularly learning to realize what is stressful and whats not and try my best to fix the stressful situations quickly. I also hold my fan heater to each ear periodically when it starts to get to hot I move to other ear and I make the heat stream in a straight line directly in my ear and if you’re doing it right you should be able to feel like little nerves jump slightly like they are loosing up around ur ear and in it and sometimes a little jump in your neck every once in a while when hardly any I think the heat relieves some of the tension strain and fluid in your ear and helps it relax therefore helping the dizziness I hope this helps someone also..Be Blessed and Never give up have much Faith!
